A 3 hour workshop focusing on the art of inverting.
Finding balance is always a journey and something we fall out of moment to moment. When we can train our physical body to find balance, it ripples out into all layers of our being + brings us back to alignment within ourselves.
Ebony Prins is a passionate Yoga, Acroyoga + Partner Acrobatics teacher and trainer. As a bodyworker + breathwork practitioner, Ebony combines her understanding of the body + mind to create a holistic approach to inverting.
This in-depth workshop will explore various entry pathways to handstand, headstand, forearm stand + variations. By blending the technical with the subtle, you’ll learn how to create a balance in your body that feels achievable + sustainable. Some key elements of the workshop include:
building bone strength + muscle activations
how to prepare your body and mind for inverting
techniques on how to breathe effectively whilst inverted
how to build alignment from the ground up
discovering the elusive balance point
This workshop is open to all levels of ability with one-on-one attention to cater to your personal inversion journey.
